These are used as a guideline for our cleaners to successfully and thoroughly complete your cleaning service. Absolutely. You can even alter them from week to week but we try to think of everything for you so you don’t have to.

Our standard hourly rate is $35 per hour however we always have amazing promotions available. Check out our latest here (insert link). We are also happy to work with you on our pricing, the more hours you buy the less you pay. That is more money in the holiday fund!

Once our professional cleaners are finished we will send you an invoice with payment details on it. Payments can be made through direct debit or by credit card payments with NO SURCHARGES. Again more money for the holiday fund!

You choose. A small fee is charged if Lindd clean supply chemicals or equipment. We understand each home is different though so if you have your favourites or maybe even someone in your family has allergies, our cleaners will work with your products.

At Lindd Clean our reputation is everything to us so all our cleaners are selected and held to the highest of standards. All our cleaners are experienced, great communicators, have outstanding professional references, full working rights in Australia, current police clearance, drivers licence and reliable transport. All cleaners are personally interviewed by our Human Resources Manager with the aim of nurturing and growing our fantastic team culture.

We will always endeavour for you to have the same cleaner each week. We believe it helps to build a great trusting business relationship. This is most important. If for some reason your clean needs to be rescheduled we are also very flexible with this for you. Also should you not be happy with your allocated cleaner we will discreetly provide you with another.

No. Prior to your allocated clean these arrangements are made with our staff and yourself. Details of key exchange are listed on your Schedule of Service. All our staff hold current police clearances and are screened thoroughly for the attributes to be reliability and trustworthy. Also all our staff will have a Schedule of Service to reference for all cleaning requirements so you will not need to guide them.
